Antananarivo → Antsirabe

We travel south towards Antsirabe through the beautiful central highlands. Along the way, we will admire the terraced rice paddies and visit the charming colonial town of Antsirabe, known for its thermal baths and pousse-pousse.

Antsirabe → Morondava

Today we drive west to Morondava, a long but scenic journey through ever-changing landscapes. The terrain transitions from the green highlands to the dry deciduous forests of the west.

Allee des Baobabs → Kirindy Reserve

We will start the day early to visit the famous Allee des Baobabs, one of the most iconic landscapes of Madagascar. These majestic baobab trees, some over 800 years old, line the dirt road creating a breathtaking natural cathedral. We will then continue to the Kirindy Reserve, one of the best places to spot the rare Fossa, Madagascar's largest predator, as well as several lemur species.

Tsingy de Bemaraha

Today we embark on an unforgettable adventure to the Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This extraordinary landscape of sharp limestone pinnacles, deep canyons and dense forests is one of the most spectacular natural wonders of Madagascar. We will cross hanging bridges and navigate through narrow passages between the razor-sharp rock formations.

Tsingy de Bemaraha → Morondava

After a last look at the incredible Tsingy formations, we drive back to Morondava. We will stop at the Allee des Baobabs again in the late afternoon to enjoy the magnificent sunset, when the baobabs are bathed in golden light, offering the most spectacular photo opportunities.

Morondava → Antananarivo

We fly back to Antananarivo. Upon arrival, depending on your schedule, you may enjoy some last-minute sightseeing or shopping in the capital.

Antananarivo → Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, we will transfer you to Ivato International Airport for your departure. We hope you take with you unforgettable memories of the west of Madagascar.
